“True leadership is strengthened not only by the causes we champion, but by the partnerships we build along the way.”
It was an honor to join fellow First Ladies and First Gentlemen from Armenia, The Bahamas, Guatemala, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, alongside representatives from Senegal and Mozambique, and the former First Lady of Iraq, who participated virtually, at the Fourth Annual Global First Partners Academy in New York City.
Over three days of meaningful dialogue, we exchanged experiences, reflected on the unique responsibilities of our offices, and explored innovative approaches to advancing national priorities through leadership, strategic partnerships, and regional cooperation. While our countries and cultures may differ, we are united by a common purpose, to improve the lives of those we serve and to use our platforms to create lasting, positive change.
H.E. Rossana Briceño extend her sincere appreciation to the Global Alliance First Ladies & Gentlemen and its partners for convening this exceptional gathering of leaders. The relationships strengthened and the knowledge shared throughout this Academy will continue to inspire collaboration across borders as we work together to build healthier, more inclusive, and more resilient societies.
Together, we are proving that leadership rooted in collaboration has the power to transform lives.
